| Our original recipe was given to us by “Kenny” from Jersey City, NJ and “Vinnie” from Merrick, NY. Our final recipe/method is rightfully ours because it is a combination of both bagel artists. (We couldn’t get them to agree, and after they left to go back home, and we visited an ear specialist for hearing loss, we experimented with parts of each man’s bagel philosophy and created our own version.) The result is an authentic NY bagel in Madison, Wisconsin. Enjoy! |
